15th Aug 2021. The girls of St. Joseph school are now independent to wear a cloth napkin any time they want. In collaboration with the Rotary Club of Bombay Bay View, Blissful Women conducted a small talk on menstrual hygiene along with a 100 Cloth pad donation, to the school girls & staff present there.
After a warm welcome & flag hoisting ceremony ..St. Joseph school girls put up a great show of music & dance depicting different cultures of India.
After a short break, we explained to them the importance of menstrual hygiene, & how the country will benefit from sustainable hygiene products.
We thank Ms. Jhankhna Mehta, President Rotary Club of Bombay Bay & her team wholeheartedly, also the principal & staff of St. Joseph school Agripada, Mumbai, to give this opportunity to be Serve our countrywomen with pride & dignity, a true independence day celebration indeed.
